	Confirmation Requirements

1. Attend all preparation meetings. Candidates, Parents, and Sponsors must attend respective meetings.

2. Complete and verify service hours.

3. Write a letter to the Archbishop or Abbot requesting the Sacrament of Confirmation.

4. Complete Journal activities.

5. Attend a Baptism between now and Confirmation retreat.

6. Obtain (from sponsor/parents and turn in) Knowledge checklist for Candidates.

7. Attend Confirmation Retreat.

8. Attend and participate fully and positively in your classroom instruction.

9. Attend Confirmation practice.

10. Attend Celebration of the Sacrament of Confirmation.
